On the D999, go up the Arre Valley. In the village of Arre, admire the gates of the "Le Bas Lys" factories. It is those of the tile factories which saw the fire.
At the place called "Les Trois Ponts", turn right on the road which goes into the cool Aumessas valley. Cross the village and continue. By a road on the left, go up to the village of Le Travers from where you have a very beautiful view. On the way down from this village continue to the end of the valley. At the hamlet of Cambon, leave the car and those who are not scared by an hour's walk, can go up to the rock of Caladon (very beautiful view), to reach the Col de Mouzoules, then by the left to reach the Cambon.
On the way back, take in Aumessas the D189 which will lead you to Arrigas and to the bottom of the valley to the hamlet of Peyraube. On the way back, between Aumessas and Arrigas, take the route des Vernes on the right. Nice view over the valley and the Albagne waterfall.
To return to Le Vigan, take the D292 in Arrigas which will lead you to the D999 n opposite the hamlet of Estelle.
